Dark soy sauce pork belly by Grace Tan


Ingredients
- 400g pork belly (cut to stripes)
- 1.5 tablespoon of Feng He dark soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
- some pepper
- 2 tablespoon of minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon of oil
- 150ml of water
- 1 stalk of spring onions (cut to 3cm)
- some corn starch + water to thicken the gravy

Steps
1) Marinate the pork belly with dark soy sauce, sesame oil & pepper for 30mins
2) Heat up pan with oil and stir fry the garlic till fragrance.
3) Add in the marinated pork belly & spring onions and stir fry it for 2mins.
4) Add in water and simmer for 10mins
5) Lastly, thicken the dish with corn starch.
