Spicy Sauce for dumpling (红油抄手) by Jennifer Lu




Ingredients:

2 Tbsp Chilli oil
3 Tbsp Light soy sauce(头抽)
1 Tbsp Zhenjiang vinegar
1 tsp Caster sugar
Sesame oil, to taste
