Fried Tofu with peanut & cucumber by Christine Tan


(A)
1/3 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoon tapioca starch
Mix well set aside

Steps
Slice tofu into 6 pcs
Pat them dry with oil absorbent paper
Coat them with (a) and fry till u see it crispy
Flip over tofu cubes gently with a chopstick and spatula
Once done.. place them on a clean plate and garnish with cucumber strips.. crushed peanut..and sweet Thai chilli sauce.
