Slow roast pork ribs by Cassandra Chee

Ingredients1.2kg pork ribs, cut into 3 bones per sectionHoney Seasoning1 cup of water3 tbsp Tomato sauce3 tbsp Hoisin sauce3 tbsp Soya sauce2 tbsp Garlic powderFreshly grounded black pepperMethod1. Strawberry chocolate tart by Ong Poon Yin‎

Ingredients180 g of oreo cookies crumb80g of melt butter.Combine and compress into the tart base.Freeze it for 1/2 an hour.Filling350g of semi sweet chocolate1 1/4 cup of heavy cream1 tsp of instant coffee powder.MethodHeat up heavy cream and melt the coffee powder in there.
