Buttercake by Ong Liau CG Fiona


Ingredients A
250g Golden Churn Butter (Can)
85g sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 tbsp milk
4 egg yolks
200 plain flour (sift)
1 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt.

Ingredients B
4 egg whites
85g sugar

Method
1. Cream butter with sugar and add in essence and milk till fluffy. 
2. Add in egg yolks one at a time till well combined. 
3. Add in sifted flour, baking powder and salt. Put aside. 
4. Whip ingredients B and add into step 3. 
5. Bake at 170c 40 to 45mins.
