Panfry Tofu Meat Patties by Christine Tan


1 pkt soft tofu
4 tablespoon sotong paste
1 teaspoon pepper
1 big onion (diced)
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon sesame oil
4 tablespoon potato starch
350gm minced pork

Mash all the ingredients with a big spatula and set it in fridge for 1hr.
Add some oil into the wok and panfry both side till golden brown.
Serve with mayo or chilli .
