1kg pork shoulder butt, chopped
5 Water chestnut, chopped
1 big onion, chopped
4 pcs cream crackers, crushed
2 tbsp Sesame oil
2 tbsp Oyster sauce
1 tbsp Pepper
1 tbsp Salt
1 egg
1 tbsp Corn flour
1 tbsp Plan flour
Mix together and roll into balls. Deep fry until golden colour.
