Chicken chop by Patricia Bakersiao


1. In a big bowl, add 1 tbsp minced garlic, 1 tsp black pepper, 1 tbsp Rice wine, 2 tbsp Mixed herbs, 1 tsp salt, 1 tbsp oil to marinate the chicken.
2. Heat wok w/o oil, chicken skin side down , cover lid, cook for 3 mins. After 3 mins, flip over n cook for anther 5 mins with lid covered.
3. Remove chicken n set aside. Use the oil in the wok, adds in cooked potatos n carrot, sprinkle with black
pepper n sea salt. Cover with lid n pan fry for 3 mins.
