Steamed Prawns with Tang Hoon by Zann Teo


1 kg prawns
Wolfberry a few
Chopped garlic
Tang hoon soaked
Cooking wine I use abt half cup
Optional vegetables

Lay the vegetables then the tang hoon then prawns . Put wolfberry and garlic on top .Add wine and light sauce Sesame oil with a bit of water . Steam till cooked.
