Curry Potatoes Puff Pastries Recipe
(Makes 16 puffs)Ingredients
4 potatoes, diced
1 pkt Hai's curry paste
Water
1 egg, beaten for egg wash
Pampas rolled pastry sheets

Method
1. In a rice cooker, mixed potatoes, curry paste and fill up with water to same level as potatoes.
2. Cook with one rice cycle. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
3. Set aside to cool.

4. Take 4 sheets of pampas pastry sheets, cut into quarters.
5. Place curry potatoes on one side of the pastry & fold half.
6. Use a fork to press the edges.
7. Brush with beaten egg.
8. Bake at 200 degrees until golden brown.
