Mixed Veg with Tung Hoon by Zann Teo


Ingredients:
Long cabbage
Carrot
Black fungus -soaked till soft
Shitake mushroom
Dried bean curd sticks -soak till soft
Cauliflower
Peas
Prawns
Garlic 

Method:
 (1) Par boiled , prawns , peas , cauliflower , carrots .
 (2)  Fry garlic till fragrant , fry cabbage , mushrooms , dried bean curd sticks for while then add In the rest of the ingredients stir well .Add Maggie no msg oyster sauce & light sauce .

(3) Stir well add water and add in tung hoon till turn transparent .
