Garlic Butter Salmon by Pamela Gordon



Ingredients:
Salmon Fillets
Garlic & Butter

Method:

1. Pan sear the salmon fillets.
2. While the salmon is cooking, in a separate pan, melt some butter. Add chopped garlic and fry till golden brown.
3. Drizzle garlic butter onto cooked salmon filets.
