Baked Bolognese Pasta by Lena Lai
Method:
1. Chopped garlic, sautee with olive oil, then put the minced meat in (I marinate with some prego tomato puree n corn flour) and stir fry. Add one mini sausage too.
2. I used chopstick to separate the minced chicken. Once half cooked, add 2 chopped tomatoes, 4 tbsp prego tomato puree and 3 tbsp ketchup sauce, 1/2 cup of water (depends how much sauce you wanted). Stir n let it simmer.
3. Put in the onions (I put onion last as I like the crunchiness). Add salt, sugar & pepper to taste.
4. Put into your casserole with the boiled spagetthi, stir n mix them.
5. Put lots of mozarella cheese on top. Bake at 200 degree for about 10 mins till cheese melt & brown a little. Watch out your oven, do not burn the cheese. Serve hot.
