Steamed Squid Stuffed with Minced Pork by Daphne Tan


Ingredients:
1. 3pcs Sotong ( you can make more if you like), washed and cleaned
2. Half pack minced pork from NTUC or $2 worth of minced pork from market
3. 2 tbsp Maggi liquid seasoning
4. One slice ginger ( to get rid of fishy taste but you can do without)

Cooking method:
1. Marinate minced pork with Maggi liquid seasoning
2. Stuff minced pork into each sotong till full
3. Add a sliced of ginger
4. Steamed for 5-10mins ( I steamed with rice in rice cooker)
5. Serve hot

When steamed, there will be gravy. You can replace Maggi liquid seasoning with soy sauce but you'll need corn flour to tenderize meat, which the former can do the job
