Curry Chicken Noodle by Licia Chua
(1) Prepare 4 tbsp of curry powder add water mix into paste, chilli paste, lemon grass, i use fresh milk to replace coconut milk.
(2) Prepare chicken, potatoes, carrot, tau pok, fish cake, bean spout, laksa noodle / bee hoon / yellow noodle.
(3) In a pot, bring milk to boil. Fry curry powder paste, chilli paste n lemon grass till aroma, add in chicken n stir till chicken mix well with curry paste.
(4) Transfer the curry chicken into the milk, add in carrot, potatoes n tau pok n bring to boil, add salt to taste.
(5) Prepare another pot of water to boil n cook noodle n bean spout n set aside.
(6) Curry chicken noodle ready to serve.
