Thai Laab Moo Salad by Daphne Tan
Ingredients:
1. $3 worth of minced pork
2. 1 cloves of garlic, diced
3. One packet of mint leaves from Sheng Siong, soaked and washed
4. 6 limes, squeezed the juice out and discard
5. 3 shallots, diced
6. One stalk of coriander, chopped
7. 2 tbsp fish sauce
8. 2 red chilli padi (if you like it spicy. My family done take spicy food so I use normal red chilli which is not so spicy)
Cooking methods:
1. Put diced garlic into non stick frying pan for a min, stir well
2. Add minced pork and keep stirring with the garlic till minced pork is cooked, use the frying stick to break down large chunks into smaller pieces
3. Place mint leaves, shallots, lime juice coriander leaves in one big bowl
4. Add the cooked garlic minced pork into the bowl
5. Add fish sauce, red chilli and stir well
