海鲜煲仔面 by Yvonne Tan


(1) Soak the 煲仔面 with water to soften it.
(2) Fry minced garlic till fragrance.
(3) Add in vegetables of ur choice, fry till soften, add in sliced fish cake and sliced pork. Add light sauce round the wok to get the sizzling sound ( wok must be hot to get the sizzling sound) then I will add in water to boil...
(4) Add in some dark soya sauce for colouring and I add a chicken cube stock ( for 4 ppl portion) some sugar and oyster sauce
(5) When the soup begin to boil, add in the noodles, then boil again, add in prawns, egg and lastly liver ( optional).

(6) Prepare some cornstarch solution and while the soup is bubbling, add the cornstarch solution from the side pushing the ladle in and out to mix gently.
(7) Lastly before serve I add some drops of sesame oil and pepper.
