New york cheesecake by Zann Teo


Digestive biscuits 200 gram smashed into small fine pcs ..I used the meat tenderiser chopper
Butter melted - around 130 gram .
Mixed two ingredients together ..until it come all tgt and stick like a ball . Adjust if it too dry add more butter if too wet add more biscuits .
Chill in the freezer for half hour. ( my shortcut way ) till it hard .

For the cheese
Two block of cheese
50 gram sugar or less depend on yr preference
1 teaspoon lemon (optional )
2 tablespoon of plain flour
2 eggs

Blend well in the blender .
Pour over the base .
use top heat to bake till a bit brown . I use 160 degrees .
Cool down n put into the refergertor !!

Serve chill …😊
