Home Made Mee Hoon Kueh by David See
Method:
(1) 250g of plain flour, 100ml of water and half tsp of salt and 1 egg (lightly beat)
(2) Put flour and Salt in a mixing bowl and mix well. Slowly add water and knead it to form dough. Use your palm to push dough forward then fold it towards you and push it again. Repeat this till you get a smooth dough. Break it to 3-4 small ball, cover it with glad warp and leave it for 1-2 hr before cooking.
(3) When cooking use your finger to press and pull dough to a thin layer before pulling it off bad drop in bowling soup base
