French Toast with Orange Taste by Angela Seah Thulin


1) In a separate bowl to prepare 2 eggs, 80ml milk, 1/2 tsp sugar, 1/4 little salt, 1 tsp orange zest - mix well. Then dip the French toast on both side for a while.
2) Heat up non stick pan with butter, toast these French toast in.. Let it slightly brown at all sides (not jus top n bottom) so as to achieve crispy skin. Then done.
3) In another small pot with little butter (20g) n add/pour Maple syrup in. Once corporated, off flames. You could add some orange zest here too..
4) Pour the maple syrup on top of the ready crispy toast bread. Then zest some orange skin on top..
