Simple Stir Fry Chicken by Dawn Ng

Ingredients:
1 chicken breast, cut into strips/slices
1/2 tau kwa, cut into bite-size
1/2 yellow onion, cut into thin wedges...
1/2 bell pepper, cut into strips
Handful of French beans
Seasoning: 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tbsp rice wine, 1 cup water.

Method:
1. Marinade chicken in 1 level tbsp cornstarch and 1 tbsp soy sauce. (Add a dash of sesame oil if you like!)
2. Deep fry tau kwa pieces. (Airfry at 200deg)
3. Blanch beans (1-2min) till almost cooked. Dish out.
4. In non-stick pan, fry chicken over medium fire till cooked. A bit of browning is nice! Dish out and set aside.
5. In the same pan, fry onions till soft. Add bell pepper, long beans, chicken and tau kwa and seasoning. Mix and bring liquid to boil and lower fire. Adjust seasoning to taste. Dish out once everything is cooked.
