白果莲子龙眼汤 by Daphne Tan

 Ingredients:
1. Half pack Dried longan - you can have more if you like stronger taste (buy those only with the meat, you can get from supermarket under dried goods section or herbal shop)
2. Pandan leaves(washed and bundle together)

3. One pack of lotus seed ( prepack under chilled section)
4. One pack of ginkgo nuts( prepack under chilled section)
5. Rock sugars (adjust to your liking)

Methods:
1. Fill water to 3/4 pot level
2. Put in pandan leaves and dried longan and bring to boil for 10 mins
3. Add ginkgo nuts and lotus seed and continue boiling under medium heat
4. Boil another 10mins and add rock sugars and adjust the sweetness
5. Serve hot

You can cool down the dessert and chill in refrigerator for cold dessert.
