Ingredients:
1/2 Cup Butter
1/2 Cup Caster Sugar
1 Cup Self Raising Flour
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
Sponge Cake
1. Preheat oven to 160 degree fan force.
2. Beat the butter and sugar until light and creamy. Gradually beat the egg until well blend.
3. sift in the flour and fold in gently with the vanilla, until combined.
4. spoon into each cake pop mould and bake for 10-15min.
Decorate with icing.
Icing Recipe
450g icing sugar
2 Tablespoons liquid glucose
1 egg white
food colourings
1.Place all ingredients into a large bowl, using a wooden spoon mix until a soft dough is formed.
2. Cover your work surface with powdered sugar and knead the icing until it is soft
3. Add your desire colour.
To Decorate Rabbits
1. roll out the white icing on a surface lightly dusted with icing sugar.
2. Cover a sponge cake ball with it.
3. cut out pointed oval shapes ear. repeat with the pink icing, cut out slightly smaller oval shapes ear.
4. attached the ear to the cake.
5. using a black icing decorate pen for the eyes and mouth.
