Miso Cod Fish by Carina Khong


Marinade sauce : -
50ml Mirin
50ml Sake
4tbs Miso paste
2tbs Sugar

7 pieces Cod Fish cubes (I bought from Song Fish)

1) Mix all the marinade sauce in a bowl.
2) Put the cod fish into a zip log bag, pour in the marinade sauce.
3) Leave in the freezer overnight or at least 3-4 hours.
4) Preheat oven at 200 degree celcius , set to grill function.
5) Layer the baking tray wz a piece of parchment paper. Then it wont stick.
6) Bake for 25mins, turn over fish cubes halfway thru baking.
