Durian Puffs by Mayvin Loo



Durian filling:
600g durian puree (I bought it in a 1kg pack from a durian seller)
2 tbsp milk
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp caster sugar
150g whipping cream

To make filling, beat/whisk the whipping cream till soft peaks form.
In another bowl, combine durian pulp, honey, sugar and milk together. Mix well until smooth.
Add whipping cream and mix until well-blended. Refrigerate until ready to use.
