Simple Sponge Cake by Janice Kang

Ingredients:

100g plain flour,sifted.

100g castor sugar

3eggs

1/2tsp vanilla essence .

Method:

(1) Beat eggs & sugar in electric mixer till thick & fluffy.

(2)using a metal spoon, gently stir in the flour.

(3)add in vanilla essence. 4)pour in greased cake tin / or mini cupcakes mould & bake in a preheated oven of 180 degrees for 20mins
