Claypot Rice using Rice Cooker by Eileen Ong

 
1. Marinate chicken, mushroom, XO chinese sausage with potato flour, pepper, dark soya, hua tiao jiu, sliced ginger for two hours.
2. Fry the uncooked rice with whole garlic, light soya, pepper.
3. Transfer the uncooked rice to rice cooker.
4. Add boiling water to the uncooked rice till the water level covers the rice....
5. Add ingredients in item 1 and start the rice cooker.
