Recipe of Drumstick:
1. Cut 2 lines on drumstick skin side for easy marinate. Marinate the drumstick with 2 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tbsp light soy sauce, 1 tsp dark soy sauce, 1 tsp shao xin wine, salt, 1 tbsp honey and 3 chopped big garlic cloves for overnight in a zip lock bag in fridge.
2. Give a good mixed up of drumstick and the sauce just before pan fried to get all the flavor. Pan fried chicken drumstick on a hot pan, skin down first for 2-3 mins, then turn to another side for 2-3 mins again.
3. After that oven baked for 25 - 30 mins at 180 deg, this make the drumsticks soft and juicy. (depends on how big the drumsticks, i did mine 25 mins just nice as drumstick not giant big size one)
