Sup Tauhu (Beancurd Soup)

Ingredients:

4 big onions (blended)
500ml prawnstock (boiling the shells of 150g prawn with 180ml of water.
A pinch of pepper
1 block of beancurd (cuy into cubes)
Fishballs, prawns
Salt and sugar
Spring onion, parsley for garnish.

Steps are:
Saute the blended onions
Add in prawn stock
Add in prawns, beancurd, fidhballs
Let it boil then adf the salt pepper and sugar to your taste.
