Chicken Soup by Lily Chew

 
 
Ingredients (good for 10 to 12 paxs)
1) 4 Kampong chicken (breast & thigh only)
2) red dates ~ 250gm
3) wolf-berries ~ 70gm
4) Dried scallops ~ 8 pcs ard 70gm
5) Japanese Dried Mushroom ~ 20pcs
6) 4.8 litres of water
- Cook all ingredients under medium fire for 30min & 2hrs in small fire... And ready to serve, do not require additional seasoning.
