Pork Chop in Mushroom Sauce by Alvin Jessica Ling

 
1. Pork chop marinated with salt & pepper, chopped garlic, chopped fresh rosemary & dry parsley
(fresh would be better) and pressed to let them sticked on it.
2. pan fried each side with 1-2 tbsp olive oil for 2 mins and take out.
3. Add onion and sliced mushroom saute for few mins, then add 1 cup of chicken broth bring to boil, add back the pork chop to cook for another 1-2 mins.
4. Take out the pork chop, add in 1 tbsp butter and 1 tsp of wolcester sauce, saute the mushroom sauce to thicker sauce.
5. Pour the mushroom sauce on top of pork chop and served!
