Spinach with 三种蛋 by Magdalene Foo‎

 
Ingredients:
1. Spinach (separate the stalks and leaves)
2. Salted egg, century egg and an egg (1 each)
3. Water ( stock would be better)
4. Wolf berries

Method:
1. Slice the century egg and salted egg
2. in a pot, heat up water or stock to boil.
3. Once boil, put in the wolf berries for a minute follow by the sliced salted and century egg and spinach stalks
4. Continue to boil then put in spinach leaves. Once cooked, beat an egg and slowly put it in.
5. No other seasonings needed because of the salted egg.

You may want to thicken it but we like the soup to go with our rice.
